Helping people stay healthy. Start your health journey now!
We offer state of the art, evidence-based, personalized programs that combines nutrition, physiology and dietetics to achieve effectiveness within alternative approaches to healing. Orthomolecular Nutrition aims to develop an optimum nutritional environment in the body by correcting imbalances or deficiencies based on individual biochemistry. Your mentality and how you view food will drastically alter once you build knowledge and feel the results. Our goal is to set you up for success and shift the way you relate to food.
Although we openly believe that health comes in many sizes, we can help you maintain a healthy weight and improve your overall well-being. Healthy eating and physical activity are key lifestyle factors in managing weight. You can exercise as much as you’d like, but if you are not eating correctly, you will not receive the full benefit of weight loss or weight gain, and vice versa. We can educate you on ways to incorporate healthy eating and exercise into your lifestyle and create an individualized plan to achieve your goals.
We help people overcome eating disorders such as picky eating, food addiction, anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, and others. Our goal is to help you change the way you perceive food and fitness, and develop a positive body image. We understand how challenging it is and if you struggle with an eating disorder, you should know that we truly believe clients can be recovered to live a healthy, happy life.
